Tears in the Fence held an excellent fundraising event this weekend. We were treated to remarkable and memorable guest readings by John Freeman, Kat Peddie, Nish Ramayya and Alison Winch followed on Sunday by a fascinating seminar discussion where young feminists discussed their poetic practice using an archaeology of language and challenging historic patriarchal models with wit, humour, passion and honesty. I am delighted to have my poem, White Horse published with such good company in issue 64 of Tears in the Fence. Fountain Poets also presented our set, Second Skin. See the poetry page for more details.
